Yes. I am licensed to provide services to clients anywhere in Washington state.
I provide in-person appointments on Tuesdays and virtual appointments on Thursdays.

Private Pay Only
$155/Intake
$125/Session -
At this time, I do not bill health insurance. However, I am able to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement.

Payments are due at the time of service. For convenience, I will bill a card of choice on file after each visit.

I do not provide the following services: forensic assessments (sometimes requested for divorce or custody cases, Emotional Support Animal (ESA) paperwork, hormone replacement therapy paperwork, disability applications, or worker's compensation / liability claims), court-ordered treatment services, medication services, or case management.
If you are unsure whether I can provide the services you need, please don't hesitate to contact me.

I do not treat eating disorders, addiction, or certain psychotic disorders at this time. If these issues come up in therapy, I will discuss referral options with you, and/or other resources available to support these aspects of your care.

No. In Washington state, licensed mental health providers who are not medical doctors or nurse practitioners cannot prescribe medication. I can, however, provide referrals and am happy to discuss your experiences with, or feelings about, psychiatric medication in session together.

It is possible we may run into each other outside of session. Therefore, it is my policy to only respond to a greeting solicited by you. This is to protect your privacy. Of course, if you would like to say hello, I will be very happy to say, “hello” :)

Yes! Confidentiality is extremely important to the therapeutic process and is something I take very seriously. Most people come to therapy with extremely sensitive things that are often not discussed outside of session.
Everything in mental health counseling is private, with some exceptions having to do with safety and/or legal requirements. We will discuss these exceptions at intake, and throughout our work together.
